Colorado’s Front Range sits within one of the country’s densest concentrations of federal, defense, and intelligence installations, from Space Force and NORAD/NORTHCOM commands to the national laboratories and cleared contractor base that supports them. LPD targets sites in and around this corridor where secure facility demand is demonstrated and growing.
National Defense & Intelligence Corridors
As the platform matures, LPD is expanding its site evaluation beyond Colorado into other DoD and intelligence corridors nationally, applying the same site selection discipline used in its home market.
Glo Park
Glo Park is LPD’s lead development, a purpose-built, ICD/ICS 705–compliant SCIF and secure office campus in the Colorado Front Range, designed to serve federal, defense, and intelligence-aligned tenants. The project combines SCIF-capable space with complementary classified and unclassified office in a single, phased campus.
